The Villa Builders Approach

At Villa Builders, we believe that a successful remodeling project starts with a clear, organized process. Our approach is designed to ensure that every detail is meticulously planned and executed, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.

From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, our team is committed to bringing your vision to life with exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service.

Our Design-Build Process

01

Initial Contact

The process begins with the first phone call, where we discuss your needs, wants, and wishes for your project. We explain how we work and seek to understand your level of investment. At the end of this call, we determine if an in-person meeting is the next step.

Home Visit

During the home visit, we review your concerns and hopes for the project. We sign the Design and Planning Agreement and take measurements of the existing areas to create our initial drawing (as-built). This visit allows us to discuss the specific needs and wishes for your home in greater detail.

Schematic Design

We develop a few initial design ideas based on your needs and wishes, considering budget constraints. This phase focuses on space planning and how you wish to use the space. We review these ideas with you and share basic design sketches. Selections for materials and finishes begin at this stage.

Design Review

We conduct multiple review sessions with you to clarify details and ensure you understand the evolving design. Selections continue and are incorporated into the designs, which become more refined and clear. This step ensures that all aspects of the design meet your expectations.

Finalization

Once we have a clear design and you have approved the budget, we move from budgeting to pricing. The drawings are finalized, and we submit the building permit application. By the end of this step, you have firm fixed pre-specifications and final drawings, ready for construction to begin.
