Villa Builders, Inc., U. S. EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm

March 17, 2010 Arnold, Maryland-Villa Builders, Inc., a local design-build remodeling company announced their registration as an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm. Villa Builders has received certification, issued on January 7, 2010 to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair and painting activities in homes built pre-1978. In addition, Jeffrey Hall, Owner and President, has completed the EPA's Certified Renovators training for lead-safe work practices.
