Villa Builders worked with us every step of the way to ensure we had a viable plan to upgrade our master bedroom suite. They were attentive to details and produced a very high quality end product-it's just beautiful!

Christensen Arnold Bathroom Remodeling Projects

ChristensenMBath2.JPG Villa Builders stripped the bedroom of wallpaper, repainted it, and installed new crown molding. In the bathroom, only the tiled, walk-in shower and floor, previously completed by Villa, were kept. Villa removed two separate vanities.
ChristensenMBath3.JPG In a separate area, between the bathroom and walk-in closet, Villa installed a two-sink vanity storage unit that matched the shelving unit. At each sink Villa installed new, deep-set mirrored medicine cabinets and new three-light fixtures. They also added a marble backsplash. To further enhance storage capability, Villa placed a matching enclosed shelving unit between the two sinks. These upgrades resulted in much needed storage space for the Christensens.
ChristensenMBath4.JPG The vanity that was in the same room as the shower and toilet was replaced with a crème colored shelving storage unit.
ChristensenMBath5.JPG The couple modified their master bathroom to make the shower more accessible. The project involved ripping out a glass enclosed combination bathtub-shower and replacing it with a tiled walk-in shower and tiled bathroom floor. “We sat down [with Jeff] and talked in great detail about the project. Jeff was amenable to our ideas and explained everything about the process along the way.”

ChristensenPowderRoom.JPG As part of the master bedroom/bath project, Villa also remodeled the downstairs powder room. Unexpectedly, when they removed the original vanity, they discovered there was no finished flooring underneath it. Since the replacement unit was smaller, the project required that Villa match the existing wood floors. The result transformed a small, utilitarian space into a custom, upscale room that better suited their needs and their tastes, right down to the antique crème freestanding vanity and backsplash, a fancy antique mirror and new lighting to complete the new look.
