Keeping Your Fingers Crossed

On the drive to church this past Sunday, I was contemplating having to possibly replace our water heater. I was thinking about the expense, the selection of the equipment, and the timing of the installation. All my thoughts confirmed I'm not a 'keep my fingers crossed' kind of consumer.

Then, I started to think about the concerns homeowners might be experiencing when they need to find a company to help with a remodeling or repair project. Having heard so many scary stories about inferior work, blown budgets, difficult or non-existent communication and projects that go on and on with no end in sight, I can understand the apprehension.

Nancy Crim, a past client, shared with me that when she checked our references she was pleasantly surprised to learn many were, impressively, repeat Villa customers. She saw this as a positive attribute setting us apart from other companies. She has many friends that have remodeled that would not invite the same company back. Nancy and her husband, Allen are now repeat Villa customers. After we finished her kitchen and screened porch addition, we later designed and built a detached garage for them.

I am confident when you make the decision to hire Villa to help you solve your home's problems and shortcomings you won't be left 'keeping your fingers crossed', hoping it turns out okay. The project planning that we put into your project gives you a complete awareness of exactly what all the details are for your project and the costs are narrowed down to the penny. You don't have to keep your fingers crossed about any of the details, or how much your project's final cost will be.
