Arnold, Md., September 22, 2008 ¾ now in its seventh year, the Best of the Best Design Awards competition recognizes outstanding design, craftsmanship and functionality in the projects of remodelers across the United States. Villa Builders, Inc., an Arnold, Md. design-build remodeling company, is proud to be the recipient of a 2008 Silver Award in the Bathroom under $50,000 category. The award was presented to Villa Builders on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at the Sheraton Inner Harbor in Baltimore.  Villa was the only remodeling company in the Annapolis/Anne Arundel County area to be recognized with a Best of the Best Design Award this year.

The project for which they received the award transformed a 1980s-era guest bathroom in a Severna Park home into a contemporary showplace, complete with vessel sink and wall faucets, ceramic  tile open walk-in shower with a decorative river rock accent, a ceiling mounted "rain shower" head, built in seat, and open access glass entry.

The judging panel included remodelers, architects and kitchen and bath designers. We are exceedingly proud to have won this award," said Jeff Hall, owner of Villa Builders.
